Hotel Pickup
Hotel pickup is included from Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Moon Palace, and Puerto Morelos.
Your driver will call your name in the hotel lobby, and we’ll confirm your exact pickup time after booking (30-90 minutes before the tour).
Airbnb guests receive a nearby meeting point.
Safety Brief & Lockers
Meet your guide, learn all the safety measures and get a small tour through the headquarters where you will get your locker and lifevest if wanted.
We have showers, clean bathrooms and changing rooms for comfort. Also a resting area with hammocks and a small snack bar.
Horse Riding Trough the Jungle
Ride your horse through the jungle. A special narrow track where you can appreciate nature from a different perspective. No experience needed.
Swim in the Underground Cenote
Go down the stairs or jump directly from the skylight (9 feet).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy Refund canceling 24 hours in advance. Non-refundable transaction fee 5%. Canceling with less than 24 hours in advance or not taking the tour, will be marked as “No Show” and non-refund will be done.
Reschedule Policy Reschedule has no cost, as far as the request is made 24 hours before your activity. After this time cancellation policies would apply. Reschedule requests are subject to availability. Non reschedule will proceed less than 12 hours in advance.
